Chef Bob Greene is a 1995 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and also, holds a bachelor’s degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. I have over 30 years of experience in the culinary field. I have cooked both in restaurants and specialty food stores. I have been the owner and operator of ChefMeals Personal Chef Service since 1999. Since that time, I have been fortunate to have a number of families that have become long term clients. As a personal chef, I enjoy cooking everything from gourmet-style cuisine to comfort food and everything else in between. Over the years, it has become clear to me that my customers want the meals they eat at home to be tasty, healthy and low in fat. To this end, I most often find myself cooking with lean cuts of meat, the freshest fish and a lot of fresh organic vegetables, herbs and whole grains. As a personal chef, I have always found it very rewarding to be able to meet the individual needs of my customers. I am always honored when asked to cook a cherished family recipe. In addition, many of my customers have young children and it has been very exciting watching them grow up and develop tastes of their own.
